Hi, guys, I bought an xdf file from a guy on my bike and I tried to set the RPM limit to 12000 but unfortunately nothing works at all ... the maximum spins to 11000 then the cut of starts. The xdf file is password protected and unfortunately I'm a beginner. Would anyone have any advice?

if you bought the xdf and the parameters available dont work as advertised, wouldn't the place you bought it from give some support?

They offer support for Honda Pioneers?

They try to answer me, but every time I ECU flash and try the maximum RPM I stop at 11000 ... It's a group on Facebook called superbikerskit.

It's entirely possible there's another issue. Are other folks in the group able to raise the RPM limit? Is there an airflow problem? Another limit in the code that hasn't been discovered? Folks trying to build 1996 - 1999 Chevrolet trucks found they couldn't rev the engine over (iirc) 5500 without using a different computer. Even with the rpm limit raised there was something stopping the engine.

If the xdf was locked by the author it's best to respect the lock.

Can you lower the rpm limit? That might tell you if changing the parameter does anything.
