Thanks. I've read both articles. So I take it either one would work for a bench top tune setup?

i currently use OBDLink LX, i got it for $50 on amazon, next day shipping. i was able to connect through Bluetooth directly to both my computer and my smartphone! on android i use LSDroid and PC i use PCM Hammer. both worked flawlessly to read and clone the current OS on my PCM. PC did it in about 5 Mins, the Android did it in about 15 mins (i have a crappy phone and memory was almost full before i started lol) i wouldn't even consider spending more on the MX+.. just seems like extra money you aint gotta spend!
