looking for an open copy of the 7603 XDF

Does anyone here have an open copy of the 12587603 XDF file. The copy that I have is encrypted, but I would like to use it to build an XDF for the 12606807 bin files like the one I have on my 06 Sierra. There are a growing number of people out there looking for a way to do a few simple mods to these bins and no one seems to be working on an answer. I'm not smart enough to work straight off the binary code but I feel that given some time I could modify someone elses brains for us to use.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help or even point me to an xdf that will work with these OS.
