Here are the steps to request a password reset.

1) Attempt to log in to the forum using the wrong password:

2) Click the link to request the password reset.

3) Enter the email address associated with the account and the image verification string then click "Request Username / Password Now" button.

A successful request will generate the following screen:

An email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Click on the link in the email to generate a new, random password. The new password will be delivered to you by email. Log in and change your password asap.
