Loaded up TP and EEX

Going through flags, and confusing which one works ?

2 different Vats enable...... opposite of what i need

and a corvette security fuel enable ..... it is set is this disabled if unset ?
aka what i need to do to prevent fuel cut while security light is on.
think so but not familiar with this.

starts fine, dies shortly after, security light constant or blinks, tried resistors and
still doing same dang thing.

Like to turn it off and get her running, and then figure out the story on the passkey
crap.

I will be on the car tomorrow or tue, not there now, so preparing.

Which options are set now? If the option is set (checked), then it is enabled, therefore, if Corvette Security Fuel Enable is set (checked), the function is enabled. Usually only the relevant options for the platform are set, so those are the ones you need to unset to disable the function. I believe Corvette Security Fuel Enable is the one you need to unset. Make a copy of the current bin, then turn it off and see what happens. I wouldn't touch the FIXME Corvette VATS Enable. There's a flag in that folder that says "DEAR GOD DON'T TOUCH THESE".

Better to just fix the passkey crap. It's super easy to get to the wiring harness for the VATS (just remove the 7mm bolts that hold the carpeted knee panel on under the steering wheel and it's right there in front of you), and there are only 15 possible options for resistance values. If you have the correct key for the car, use a multimeter set to ohms to see what resistance your key is, then get a resistor with that value (or just buy all 15 as a set on Amazon) and splice it into the vehicle side of the wiring harness. Voila.

Pretty good chance your issue is the contacts on the key are worn/dirty, the contacts in the ignition cylinder are worn/dirty, or both. But thankfully it's almost always a trivial fix.
