Still working on my $8D bin to accommodate the radical change to an LT1 top end. I was directed to look at the wonderful write ups on the 3rd gen forum but have hit an issue. My lower fuel table for cruising is well balanced at this point and the top end is coming along ok. I had limited the PE to enable over 85% TPS while I worked on everything else and waited on a fuel pump to handle the new load. During a test run to check the fuel pressure drop( well lack of now) and I felt PE hit and hit hard. The car bogged down and I saw the injectors go to 10.67ms BPW and the commanded ARF is 10.6. Now I know its not actually hitting that AFR but it is sure as heck trying to. Aside from the RPM vs AFR change and the CLT vs AFR change is there any other settings I should be looking at to bring this to a more reasonable target? Following the formula below, and at the link below that, I should be seeing 12.5 or so as my commanded AFR at its lowest. I feel like this is something simple I am just looking past it.

WOT AFR = 6553.6 / (((TBL L8617 + TBL L860D + 128) * 445) / 256)
TBL L8617 is the decimal value located in the PE %Change to Fuel/Air Ratio vs. RPM table for a specific RPM.
TBL L860D is the decimal value located in the PE %Change to Fuel/Air Ratio vs. Coolant Temp. table for a specific degree C
