closed throttle-open throttle

Hello,
i wonder what are the factors for closed throttle and open throttle on my 16196395 Ecu with OE bin.
Or in other words when does the ecu change from closed to open throttle.
Throttle position sensor-vehicle speed sensor-map- rpm- what else?
Are there some crossover points when opening throttle and when closing throttle?

Usually above 2% TPS% and/or above 2 MPH will set the idle flag off.

The exported data log will show if the Idle Flag is on / off.
