1994 LT1 out of a Cadillac Fleetwood. 1994 Firebird PCM with 16210011 Calibration ID. On an engine run stand with standalone harness.

I've removed all the emission items. How to I delete the EVAP solenoid control in the Bin File? I got a code 26 Quad Driver fault that maybe related to that so I want to disable it. I think you can get a 26 if driven components are not connected. I've disabled the Air Pump relay Circuit and the EGR. I've disabled the CCP electrical failure flag too so I won't see the code anyway I suppose.

I've removed all emission items from the harness. I don't see EVAP Solenoid in the scalers, flags or tables in TunerPro. Will someone tell me what it is called and where the EVAP solenoid control happens please? Table, Flag or scaler. I must not understand the nomenclature. I just don't see any EVAP except for the Air Conditioner. I'm using the EE_16210011 BIN and the EEX.XDF mask from EE Hack.

Thanks

i don't think the quad driver fault is related.

i called the evap CCP (charcoal canister purge) in EEX.

here's a thing i wrote about how to deal with these problems: http://fbodytech.com/tutorials/charcoal-canister-purge-evap/

Steve, I read your paper. It has three solutions. I removed the CCP Electrical Failure (unchecked the box). I don't know how much to move the min. BLM Trim up to compensate for the extra fuel that is added you mentioned do I didn't do anything.

I also raised the CCP Enable temp and Zeroed out the Special BLM cells - Enable Max CCP%.

Was I just to pick one of the three solutions and use it? I did 1 and 3 (I think because I didn't change the BLM Min. trim)

You did it correctly. In this configuration you do not need to do any trimming at all. You do however lose access to BLM cells 16, 17, and 18. This shouldn’t be a huge issue; cells 0-15 are simply used for everything. In a way that’s simpler to deal with anyway. Good luck!
