Greetings to other GM EFI owners.

My truck is in the construction/renovation process. It is a 2002 Silverado, 4WD, RegCab, 6.5ft box. Originally a 4.3L/5speed, The truck is going to have a 2000 6.0L with a 2000 4L80E. This power train was never used by the factory in a 6lug 1500. I will have to setup all the tuning. There is no rust damage at all to the cab, bed, or frame. I realize this will require custom made driveshafts front and rear.

These are four parts-trucks, all apart, for reference and pieces. All cabs are off the trucks. The 2000 2500 frame is cut up and scrapped:

1) 2000 2500LS 4WD Reg Cab 8ft (51kmi rust bucket) Has donated 6.0, 4L80E, and electric-shift t-case.
2) 2000 1500LS 4WD Reg Cab 6.5ft(264kmi rusty) sold trans and t-case
3) 2005 2500 Base 4WD Reg Cab 8ft (87kmi rusty) No engine, sold trans and manual t-case.
4) 2005 1500 4WD Crew Cab 5.5ft (252kmi loaded with options) No engine, sold trans and t-case.

THE PLAN:
Blast, prime, paint, and rustproof every piece of the truck chassis.
Rustproof thoroughly the cab and bed.
Assemble the 2002 cab with all the options, electronics, wiring, and controls from the (2) 2005 parts trucks.
Upgrade the brakes to the 2005 1500 crew-cab specs.(7000lb GVW)
Upgrade the 4.3L/5speed to 6.0L/4l80E, upgrade to electric shift t-case.
Assemble the whole truck to stock appearance.
Tow and plow 'til Kingdom come.

Any recommendations from experienced tuners and chassis builders will be most appreciated.

Thank you all in advance for your advice and experiences.

I have taken many photos during the disassembly of these (4) stock trucks plus my 2002. I have dozens of files for each truck showing exactly where all the stock components were located before they were removed. If anyone needs to know where a part goes or how a wire is routed, or whatever, Maybe I can send you a pic. Offer up.
