92 4l80 trans & 94-95 cmputer

The interwebs is saying that I might not be able to use a red/blue computer because the function of the 4l80e trans wont work correctly. i have a lt1.com tbi454/4l80e harness for my 92 tbi454/4l803 swap. lt1.com says his harness is built for a red/blue computer (either a 16197427 or 16196395). What are the chances it will still work or do I need to sell the harness and start over? I still have the factory computer that came with the engine I'm using. I don't have the DRAC/VSSB and need to locate one.

The general consensus is the 92 4L80E will not work with the either a 16197427 or 16196395. The 92 has a pressure control solenoid manufactured by Bosch and requires the motor to be cycled at intervals.
