Looking for 12587603 LQ9 4L60E bin (04 Silverado SS?)

I have 2004 Silverado SS file, which is exactly what I am looking for, but it is in Efilive format, can't convert to Tunerpro bin :mad1:

I am swapping -03 Lq9 + 4L60E to 2nd gen firebird, need to program VATS, second O2 etc.
There is no XDF for 12579405 OS, so I flashed -04 Corvette bin with 12587603 OS.
If I can't find correct bin, should I tune engine (LS1 => LQ9) by copying tables from another bin (12587603 LQ9 4L80E)? What tables?

Edit: Engine is from Escalade, stock .tun is available:

I flashed a 12586243 PCM with the posted .cal file then read it back as a .bin file, see attached.
