1994 Chevy

I have a 1994 Chevy RCSB with a V6, auto transmission. I plan to swap a 5.3l into the truck. I am hoping to use tunerpro and LS droid to flash the ECM. The donor truck has a bad 4l60e. I have a 4l80 out of 98 chevy 3500. Trying to decide which route to go with the transmission.

The 4L80E is a very stout transmission. The 4L60e needs a lot of expensive modification to even approach the power handling capacity of a stock 4l80E.
