There will not be just 1 calibration that fits that description. Vehicles with/without 4 wheel drive, different gear ratios, tire sizes etc.... If you post a VIN # I can provide a .bin with all the correct segments. A few more details on the cam would help too.

2007 could be either the LS1b PCM (a.k.a -Classic) or the E38 ECM using a T42 TCM.

Assuming the motor its a LM7 gen3, because if its Gen4 2007 its would be a LY5, and your swapping so the best you can do to get a correct file its provide the injectors part number, to at least have the correct file, also 07 its drive by wire, or your running drive by cable for the swap? Since you going to run a 411 pcm.... many thing to consider. :rolleye:

There is the detail of the fuel pressure regulator to consider too.

Then you don't want a 07 .bin

It may be a low lift cam but it is still a 224/230 112LSA so it is going to require quite a bit of tuning to run especially to get it to idle. and your 25lb injectors are going to be a bit small above 5500 rpm. Are you using a stock torque converter? And I know Tooley says NSR but I would still put some LS6 springs on it. They are $70/set or less.

Gonna use a v6 trailblazer torque converter supposedly stalls between 2200-2800
I just need to get it running so I can take it to a shop

What is the rear end ratio and tire size on the S10? Are you going to use electric fans? And I guess you have the ability to flash a bin file including the operating system, not just the calibration? Answer these and Ill post a .bin file for you to load that will get it up and running. I will use a 02 Silverado calibration and modify it for your mods. Need to know if you are using a fuel rail with the vacc referenced regulator on it or a dead head fuel rail with fixed 58 PSI FP. Will be tomorrow before I can do it though.

When you are asking for help on forums you need to give details. Stock from what? And what about the fans?

I'm curious on how you plan to write the file? what are you using to tune? and the 411 pcm that you have its from what? sounds like you asking for the complete work not just a base file for your setup.

Using ls-droid to read and write
The 411 is from the s10 I put the 5.3 into

Does that have the ability to write the entire operating system along with the calibration? I'll ask this one last time. Does your fuel rail have a vacc referenced regulator on it with a return line to the tank or is it a dead head rail with no return. And if you answer again with it's stock I'm through trying to help.

It has a vac regulator with a return line
And I'm not sure about what all ls droid will allow me to do
If need be I'll buy a better option
I've spent the last 18 months working on this truck and have no clue about the computer side of it
