I have install a 92 TBI 454 big block & 4l80e into my 91 suburban. The drivers side firewall plugs are pin'd different and I'm trying to find the 92 diagram so I can make the two work together (re-pin). I have located the complete wiring diagrams for the suburban. The Suburban was a 350 TBI, 4l80 combo factory.

Anyone been down this road before? An advise is appreciated.

If you look in definitions/wiring this forum for $85/7060 the wiring diagrams in that thread is probably what you want. They indicate for 1991 but I know those diagrams were correct for a 93 7060 so should be good for 92.

Unfortunately the bulkhead connector wiring diagrams are not part of the regular ecm wiring diagrams. They can be tough to locate. If you haven't found any by tomorrow I will try to locate some while I am at work.

What type of vehicle is the '92 engine from (Pickup, Suburban. Chassis Cab)?

Is the 91 Suburban round c/k style or square r/v style?

I think I have most what I need at this point. The 91 sub is a v2500 suburban square body and the 92 was a gmc k2500 extra cab long bed. I found the suburban wiring diagrams on the 73-87chevytruck.com site. Very helpful info over there for diagrams. I have found and am using a 91 c/k truck wiring diagram as stated by "myburb" and it seems to be really close. I haven't gotten all the way in to the harness on the 92 BBC yet to confirm it is exactly what right. Hopefully will get there this evening.
