Have an OTC Nemisys scanner that meets my needs for OBD1 and OBD2, also have an Autel MaxiLink ML329 which I really like for OBD2 straight up engine management, data streaming and I/M readiness.

Does anyone make a "compact" OBD1 scanner with display for GM TPI, LT1 and TBI and 12 pin connector?

The nemisys is what I use. They closed them out last year on eBay with the last software version, I think its 2016. The whole setup cost lest than what they charge for the update now. It takes less than 30 seconds to connect, and is small in size. Not sure what else you could want. Its an obsolete scanner now, with no more updates from the factory, but it works good for the most part.

Thanks..Don't get me wrong I really like my Nemisys with every possible connector cables but the ML329 is pocket size, doesn't require batteries and about is 10 times faster to use. Just wish they had an OBD1 version.
