hi everyone just bought truck with black box to 411 conversion , trying to figure out some issues with it on 2000 c3500 454/4l80e

Maybe you can post the .bin file that is flashed into your '0411 PCM?

It's likely the flash in your '0411 is a modified flash from a 5.7 liter Express Van 5.7 liter / 4L80E. It's a very common "tuning" practice to modify a 5.7 liter flash for a 7.4 liter engine. I'm curious if the flash in the '0411 has 5.7 liter fuel / spark tables or updated 7.4 liter fuel / spark tables? To the best of my knowledge, the factory did not sell a vehicle with a 7.4 liter and the '0411 PCM. To the best of my knowledge, starting in 2001 the factory introduced the 8.1 liter with the '0411 PCM.

The 454 did come with an 0411 style PCM, but it had coil near plug ignition, and drive by wire throttle. They were put into medium duty trucks and were derated from regular 2500/3500 pickups.

I did some Googling on GM Kodiak / TopKick Medium Trucks today. I can't be 100% sure with Google, but it appears the L21 Vortec 7.4 liter Medium Duty Trucks use the LS1a PCM, same computer used with the 97 / 98 Camaro & Corvette LS1 5.7 liter.
