454 tbi Log help

Any input on whats going on here? truck seems to run decent on the pedal has decent power. steady throttle seems to load up mash it and its fine. data seems to go rich lean. any input is greatly appreciated. Truck is a 1993 k2500 454 nv4500 with the 1228747 ecu. Mods are ported 52mm throttle body 2 inch tbi spacer long tubes 3 inch exhaust. Basically everything is new
