I am having trouble getting my VSS signal to my computer.

Hardware:
VSS: Dakota Digital SEN-01-4160, driven by my speedo cable
Translator: SGI-5E, Black VSS wire to Sensor ground, Grey to Signal, ground to body ground, 12v to pink/black, Output 5 to F12
Computer: 16197427, am on $OE but going to $OD,
Tuner: Laptop running TunerPro RT, Red Devil River Bluetooth ALDL

What I've done and indications:
Key on and SGI-5E powers on. I set it to L-L wtih no calibration changes. When I drive it, I see the LED flash on the display so it's getting a signal but TunerPro shows no speed. I verfied continuity across Output 5 to Pin F12.

I removed the VSS and spun it with a drill and watched it put out 2+volts A/C so the sensor seems to be working.

Is there a setting I am missing? Should be in Output 5 for 2000PPM for this computer, right?

Read through this thread:
http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Injection/showthread.php?256-7427-install-first-impressions/page3
And see it says to:
"Speed sensor connects to pin F13, set "input not from drac" and ... two pulse vss"
I'll try this tonight or tomorrow.

Pin F13 is the one you want the 2000ppm connected to, the F12 is for transmission output speed which should be 128,000 pulse per mile if you have a 4l60e or 4l80e.

That was it! I had it on F12 AND had to change the "input not from drac". Now I have speed! Woo Hoo!
