As a new user of TunerPro RT I have discovered a person can get in over their head very fast if not careful. My goal is to eventually modify a few parameters in the ecm but right now I just want to monitor until I get more comfortable with it. It's my understanding in order to monitor I only need the definition file (.adx) for my specific vehicle? If so, where can this be found? I have searched quite a few sites and have yet to find one for a 1990 vette (non zr1). Thanks for any help you might have.

Thank you for the link. I guess what was throwing me off was the mask ID. I was referencing a spreadsheet last night (i think it was one created several years ago by another member) and the $8D was only showing the Fbody cars. The only 90 vette listed was the ZR1 and I knew that would not work for me. With that being said is it safe to assume that files associated with Fbodys equipped with the 5.7TPI will also work with the vettes running the 5.7TPI?

The 1227727 under hood ECM and the 1227730 under dash ECM are electronically the same computer. Both the 1227727 and 1227730 can use $8D definition.

There can be challenges connecting TunerPro RT to a 1990 Corvette, see thread http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Injection/showthread.php?1926-Shut-up-CCM-and-Dash

Post #24 on page 2 has a TunerPro RT .adx file that should work with a 1990 Corvette.

Thanks, worked perfect. No data/comm errors.
