Reworking a '91 vette. Popped in here to learn a bit about tuning. Have all the equipment from Moates to do it. Replaced the engine, it's now a 4 -bolt zero decked block with forged pistons, Edelbrock ETEC170 heads, ZZ-6 cam, roller lifters and rockers, Edelbrock high flow base, large runners, ported plenum, 52mm throttle body, MSD 6AL, boosted fuel pressure, 24lb injectors, larger all aluminum radiator. Trans reworked by ZF DOC, clutch is Carolina clutch stage 2 single mass conversion. Only piece remaining to get on the road is completing the radiator install. The increased size required modifying the shrouds. Got some from a wreck and am in the process of getting them squared away. Shouldn't take long after the weather gets a bit more cooperative here in AZ. Too darn hot in the garage to do a lot right now. Any way this should be enough to see who I am. Oh, I'm retired now too from an electrical engineering career. Doing something now that is really fun.
