Super lean @ 6k rpm code59

I was testing wot getting on the highway and right around 6000 rpm engine power dropped and looked at afr meter, it read 19.9. If in lower gears it's just a quick blurp and then rpm keeps climbing and afr goes back to normal. I've tried raising max asynchronous pulse (kapmax) from 5 to 16.75 but hasn't gone away. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Yea I guess I left that out, I was frustrated! I'm running a 749 ecm on a 2.3l quad 4 no boost yet but just got a bypass valve today so I can finally get started on the supercharger install. I've been running 1bar with (3bar sensor) trying to figure things out and got the f29x table pretty close but still think I could use a little more timing at cruise. Heavy throttle seems ok, tho when I was running $8b and cold outside temps it ran much better but very inconsistent!! I started with the WYO starter bin from a 4.3v6 off code59 forum. I could go on for pages on things I've done so if someone needs more info please ask!! Please!
