I have a 94 k2500 4x4 original 350 4l60.. im building a 97 vortec 355 flat top pistons, with a gm performance 14097395 cam, prof products cyclone, intake, 97 vortec fuel pump, this is just a truck for hauling stuff around. should I only upgrade the injectors and pressure spring? Or get a bored out tbi? I did order a wideband and burner 2. i'm not racing it or anything but I do want it to run good

There is several ways you could go but one might be to get a tbi from a 94 or 95 454. They use injector that run at 30 psi and would be more inline with your upgraded fuel pump. If you needed a bit more fuel you could add an external fpr and bump pressure to 35 or so.

Ok I was able to score a 95 454 tbi with adapter for $150. What is the best way to clean the unit? Disassemble it and put the pieces in carb cleaning dip or clean it off with brake cleaner and bead blast the pieces?
