Looking for HPT 2.24 file out of a solstice or sky 2.4 manual

Looking for HPT (2.24 version) file out of a 2007 solstice or sky 2.4 with manual transmision (E67 ECM) need it to operate a buggy with ecotec 2.4L or if you have i file thats working for the e67 ECM that would be great.
