Tunerpro RT won't communicate

Hi guys,
I downloaded Tunerpro RT v5.00.
I opened the application, loaded BIN, XDF & ADX files.
I went into preferences & set latency time to 1 ms. When I run cable test, it can't establish communications.
I'm able to read vehicle info from PCM with winflash.
Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Do you know what comm port your computer is suppose to communicate on?

In winflash, I selected Port 6 & it worked

That was using the same cable I assume? I would think it would be the same port if the same cable.
