timing issues

I'm having problems setting the timing in Tuner Pro. I have a 1986 IROC that came with the 305 but swapped that with a 400. The computer is a 1227165, I'm using a AUM bin, $32 xdf and 1227165_160 adx , downloaded from TunerPro website. The car will run (poorly) with the stock chip/ memcal enough that I could get a datalog. I've tried copying the BPW and timing from the log to TunerPro but cannot get the car to run while emulating. Another issue I'm running into is when I logged the timing data it was at 37* at idle and would go as high as 65* when I pushed on the throttle. Any advice or steering in the right direction would be great.
