Thank you for the reply! Unfortunately, I need the L36, Naturally Aspirated. I see the L67(Supercharged) files, but not sure if they will work on the L36? I have looked everywhere for the L36, thought someone here may have one.
Am thinking of ordering a PCM from https://zzperformance.com/3800/zzp-1-0-pcm.html . (customerservice@zzperformance.com) But will have to check the reviews first. I see they have a 97 .bin file as an option to the order for an extra $10.00, probably my only avenue at this point.
The reason is, my PCM is not sending the ground signal to solenoid A in my 4T60e, so I don't get first gear or down-shifts. But when I ground it myself, I do get the 1st gear as well as down-shifts, but of course only 1st and 3rd and no second or overdrive. Those 97 PCM's are unique. So was looking into programing/reprogramming my PCM with an original file, but if the hardware is bad, I may end up with the same problem?
Any news on zzperformance? Are they good?
Thanks again Dave!

Moved above posts from 1998 .bin files to the general OBD2 section.
