Starting a 350 swap with vortex head with tbi in a 1990 suburban. Was reading some other forums on the topic then read this places and you all seem to know quite a bit of stuff and cold point me in the right direction on how this should be don correctly

Welcome to the forum. There have several disussions here about using L31 heads with TBI engines. Use Google to search (the vbulletin search hates three letter searches).
