7747 fuel relay and diverter valvet on key up

Both my air management diverter valve and fuel pump relay are clicking about 4 times per second on key up running through Moates emulator.
I am running TunerPro. L19 454 TBI system. Has anyone experienced this? :mad1:

Are you able to read codes through Tunerpro or using check engine light? It almost sounds like you are in Limp Mode.

I believe that happens when TunerPro is reading data from the ALDL. That may be why. I will know when I burn my final prom and am not logging data. No check engine lamp when reading data.
