LT1 firing issues

I have a 94 Fleetwood with LT1. I rebuilt the motor and had the engine out of the car for right around two years. I put the motor back in and now it isn't getting fire. Wondering if the ecu could be bad. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read this post.

the ecm's dont really die. opti or icm is most likely

are the injectors firing? are you sure you aren't getting any spark?
