Speed Limiter problem

Hi guys, i have this 2013 ECM file from a Silverado 5.3, everything works fine except the Speed Limiter, no matter what i do still limits on the 98-100mph stock mark? :mad1:

Hope you have the time to check the file on speed related adjustments maybe im missing something?

System Parameters
Change Speed limiter Source to 0 (ECM)

That will do it
