I have two questions:

What controls the decay of the IAC steps from a cold engine to 55C?
Is there any way to speed up the IAC when it trys to get to the run position after 55C?

I posted my bin and a warm up log:

When I start the engine the IAC parks at 150 steps (as expected)
It then decays to 45 steps (as expected)
It then opens up to get the target idle speed of 1000 RPM. Approximately 59 steps. (as expected)
After I let the clutch out, the idle drops and the IAC opens up to 70 steps (@20 degrees C)
If I let it idle (0 MPH), the IAC decays at a constant rate until the temp reaches 55C. The RPM is approximately 1125 during this duration.
After 55C The IAC targets 1000 RPM (as expected)

What I don't like, is after I reach temperatures higher than 55C, I want the IAC to adjust quicker to the run RPM. When I pull up the first stop sign (after 55C) it takes 10 seconds for the RPM to drop to the desired RPM.

Some things to note:

Its a manual transmission. Its never in Park/nuetral mode.
I do not the throttle follower function
