Ok, here is the deal. I have a 92 GMC Sonoma GT with the 4.3 CPI engine and 700R4 trans. Ive been trying to get datalog software to work but it seems this is a one year only system that no one has ever written the needed files to actually talk to the ECM. My original ECM is the 16156647 Chip Code BCBH superseded to CBJZ in 97. Def. file is a D5A.

Anyways, i know i can datalog and tune the 16197427 as they used this ECM in the 93 S10/Sonoma with the 4.3 CPI engine, but 93 was the first year for the 60e, and i wanted to see if i can use this with the 700R4 as well?

The 16197427 can control / has an option for the TCC on a 700R4.

SPECIAL NOTE: for the 700R4 TCC WIRING: the converter wiring information needs to be updated to Pin E11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make Sure the TCC is Wired to Pin E11 on the 16197427.

16197427 conversion information is available here:
