There are two parameters in the BIN for the 1228062 for AE that is more or less the equivalent of "pump shot" in a carburetor.

Being the ECM is 160baud, I don't pay any attention to the BLM/INT numbers on moderate acceleration as I seem to think that watching the wide band o2 gauge is a better way to see what the mixture is doing.

In any case, I have upped the AE values about 15% and upon acceleration, I see Lambda consistently about .99 to 1.01.

Thoughts?

Is it running noticeably rich?

No it's not.

Pump shot happens very quickly. It can be hard to monitor real time while driving. It's much easier to look back and see the effects of AE tuning in the logs. It doesn't usually affect BLM or Long Term trim but it can affect INT briefly. I often work to tune the VE tables before AE. Once I have confidence the VE is right then any issue with throttle change is most likely the AE settings.

I think the VE tables are pretty close.

I'm not hitting the INT limits when I accelerate which I think is pretty close, but still hitting almost 140 in some cases.

Watching the wide band, I'm seeing the number recover much faster than what the ECM displays.
