anyone have any idea if this ecm can be edited? If so what cables or programs required or is this going to be one tunerpro is working on for the obd2 stuff? thanks in advance

If it's OBDII then you have run out of luck. There is a plug in for TUnerPro to read OBDII codes I think but I never used it as I have a good Scan tool as well...

Just did a quick search and it looks to be 1995 which should be OBDI. What is BCC code?
