help

brand new engine with some performance mods and its a pig ... cant get out of its own way ... granted its a 4 cyl but its 100 times worse then the other car we have with the same setup

my first question is is there a limp mode on this ECM ... the new oil pan we used did not have the Oil Level Sensor hole so we have that unplugged at the moment ... oil pressure is fine (i'm assuming as i cant find a pressure reading from the adx i have ... but i see good flow at the rockers)

i just took it out and got some data logged but i'm wondering if it could be something that simple, before i blame the tune ... this tune ran great with the old block

its a 1995 chevy cavalier with the 2.2 OHV built for circle track

If you're data logging then it's not in limp-mode.

Any bad sensor data or codes?

decided to pull the plugs to do a compression test which was perfect ... but then i noticed one of the plugs looked brand new, so i checked spark and that was good ... checked duty cycle at the injector plug and that was good

so i swapped out the injector and now its golden

never thought of the injectors because they were all brand new in the box when i built the engine
