Mitsubishi ECM repair source recommendation

Had a guy contact me today, he has a 2003 Mitsubishi Fuso with 4D34 engine.

The ecm numbers are: MK369413 407914-3920

Originally the vehicle would stop running, he would replace the ecm fuse and it would start again. At one point it wouldn't start even with a new fuse so he bought another ecm for a "few hundred" dollars .. but forgot to ground the ecm strap and fried that one.

I want to suggest that he just send the "original ecm" to a repair shop but don't know of a reputable ecm repair shop...can anyone help?

I did an Internet search of Mitsubishi and foreign car ecm repair shops and a few show up requesting you send the ecm and they'll repair it for under $200 but they don't list a contact number...just their shipping address. Flags go up when I see that.

I'm getting nothing here so far. Even looked for a quality used and nothing is coming up under 400 bones.
