Tried to email Moates about a problem with my Burn 2 and never got a response. Anyone know if that address is correct or been in contact with them?

Dave and Craig only reply to emails and phone calls a few days a week. I'm sure you are on the list, just takes them some time sometimes.

I guess I'm so far out of the loop that I haven't a clue. Didn't Craig hire help for order fulfillment and tech support several years ago?

That's too long. :( Maybe support question got lost?
Page says email is correct. Also has phone #. Also says someone should be available for calls right now.

Craig is registered to this forum... but it could have just been something that slipped through the cracks, I know I do it somewhat regularly. sometimes it feels like Memento was a film about myself but I don't remember giving consent to it being made.... or looking like Guy Pearce....

My day job is tech support for an automotive chemical company, happens with me all too often no matter how hard I try.
