PHP file extension

why when I try to open a jpg or down load a bin ads xdf file it shows as a php extension? im using IE 11 and only seems to do it on this site.

I don't know what causes it but it seems to be an IE thing. If you right click on the file you can "save as" then type in the filename.

in IE go to tools and ad this website to compatibility mode.

Thanks guys I should have posted yesterday I found the other thread that explained the issue and solution, should have searched before starting another thread.
