Galep-4 programmer

Guys, i`m super new here.
I own galep-4 programmer and it looks like is compatible with most of atmel chips also those sold by moates.
Any idea of software compatibility to burn .bin files? Originally swapping 1227747 with AMUN 350 to (not sure what yet (( AKUP? )) ) that will run on 454 tbi engine with manual transmission no egr etc ( carb conversion).

Thanks for any help and if something is not clear here please point it.

Also attached original eprom picture, if some one can suggest replacement chip i would be very gratfull.

Most programmers come with thier own software and that is what you use to program any chip.

Do you have editing software like Tunercat or tunerpro? Do you know what bin you want to start with or do you just want a blank chip?

Well. I want to do all sort of things. At the moment I do research of what I need plus blank chips.
