Hi guys,
I got two problems with my Ford 400 TBI conversion.
Firstly, DFCO does not engage. Well, almost not, in an hour of driving it engaged once, on a Autobahn off-ramp (it's in the log, but I did not find the exact moment yet)

Secondly, HiWay Lean Cruise only gets enabled after 15 to 20 Minutes of driving (almost exactly at the 15-minute mark of the log, but I only started logging once she was properly warmed up).

I must confess that I am at a loss as to what to do now. It'd be great if someone could look at the bin and the log file and give me some recommendations as to what to change.

Thank you all in advance!

Fixed the DFCO problem, I think! Looking at the log file, it becomes apparent that the MAP value never drops far enough for DFCO to get enabled ("Enter DFCO" is set to 22.5 in the bin above). I raised Enter DFCO to 29.5 in order to DFCO to kick in earlier, which in this case means "at all".

you might put your files you changed into a fresh asdu file , I had bin files get a little corrupt as I changrd thing in them. what type o2 sensor are you running? do you have any exhaust leaks before the o2 sensor? sometimes it takes awhile going lhc and back closed loop for the ecm to know what to do. was you going down the autobon? I seen 60 or more degrezz advance have you got a working knock sensor hooked up?
