eprom for 16147060

Hi guys.
I`m new here.

Recently bought this re manufactured nos 16147060 ecm unit but without prom.

My question is,can i buy just any eprom from ebay and burn fuel/spark map for 454?

And here is little about my project.
I have 430cu 62 lincoln with stock engine that i`m planning to convert simply because it`s thirsty. I already have 454 tbi body and as mentioned before ecm unit without prom.

You'll need a MEMCAL (PROM) that is specific for your '7060 ECM with 454. I might have what you need, but I'll have to check. Did you already have a harness with the brown ECM connectors?
