At the risk of sounding stupid, what is SAM? $88 code mask.

haven't seen it in many masks(MPFI 60V6 only, I think), but as far as I can tell, always means "stay alive memory". used to store the most up-to-date BLM cells into the battery-backed RAM. usually, there is a SAM filter as well so that one weird run cycle wouldn't immediately screw up the stored trims.
