16199982 ADX definition

I would like to use Tuner Pro RT to log data from a 16199982. is there a definition that will work for this? If not can anyone point me in the direction of how to go about making one.

If the information I found at http://www.tunerpro.net/gmOBDI.htm is correct, you need datastream A265, which is not available for the 1994 - 95 LN2 2.2 liter.
