Attached is bin BMFN that I worked, it's for 95 LT1 Camaro engine/auto going in a street rod. Noticed that BMFN is for a 6spd. Will the bin get me started as is, any suggestions?

Driveline: 95 LT1 engine, automatic, no egr, no A/C, 3:42 gears, using MAF and Derale two speed electric fan.

Also...what's the history of the 95COP bin it looks like a very basic bin that could also work for my application?

Thanks

i opened bmfn in tunerpro and it has a cal id of 16210011 according to http://fbodytech.com/bin/index.html bmfn is from a 94 fbody a4 with 3.23 gears. someone changed the cal id for 95cop so youll have to do some digging to figure it out.

Should have mentioned that it was from a 94 Fbody...prefer to use it and save the original 16188051 (BMFP) for final use. Should I replace the 1994 BMFN with 1995 BMFP?

Thanks for the link...

well it depends on what year the a4 is. there's a difference between 94-95 a4. 95 has a extra wire in harness for pwm solenoids. 94 doesn't have pwm trans.

As pointed out, you need a 95 bin to work with a 95 engine and transmission combination.

Probably any factory 95 bin would work as a starting point if you delete the AIR, EGR, CCP and VATS. You could use Steveo's automatic bin generator to start.

You can find all his info here. Pay attention to the first link and read it to understand some tricks needed when tuning EE. Lots of good info including a bunch of factory bins.

Just to clarify....are the innards of the 94 and 95 16188051 the same?

If so, could I install a 95 knock module and 95 bin in the 94 PCM?

yep identical. any 16188051 pcm will work doesn't matter if a4 or m6 or bbody. the only difference is the bin.
