Just bought one for $43.21 and I'm impressed with it. Burned the Intel chip I removed from my 16188051 pcm..just waiting for the PLCC 32 Pin IC DIP sockets to arrive.
The software is easy to use, easy to ID the EPROM, and has pictures pop-ups to show how the eprom is positioned in the programmer.
