Shortly I will be adding mat. Anyone have tips on how to deal with mat/ct blend? I have seen that some v6 bins use mat, if I don't hear different I will copy one of those blend tables and see what happens.

I tried using the CPI blend table with my setup, and it went way rich in PE. I ended up setting it to all 1's which makes the PCM use coolant temp all the time. I am also running MPFI and a turbo, which is way out of the ordinary. I may play with this some more later, but the main reason I installed the MAT was to pull timing when my intake air temps go up which is detrimental with a turbo. For some reason that function does not seem to be working.

That is interesting. Being as my stock setup didn't use mat and the table although not used was all 0.000 so wasn't sure how it worked. So 0 would be all mat and 1 would be all cts. I then will set to all 1's and then sneak up to using mat. In your case could it be that being as you are using all 1's (all cts) that the mat is being ignored and therefore not pulling any timing?

Thats a good possibility, never thought of that but I doubt it. In the LS1 world you can basically do the same thing, with the IAT Bias table and still pull timing via the IAT.
