NEEDED! A $5b5 ADX file.

I don't know how to make the ADS files work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is for a 1991 Buick Riviera with the 3800.

I believe that it uses the 16141470 ecm, but am not 100% sure.

To make ADS work... in TunerPro go to Acquisition...Import Definition...select ADS(saved file)...TunerPro will convert it to an ADX ...:thumbsup:

I did that exactly as you stated and nothing is displayed. No data of any sort is displayed.

It appears that you have to define everything you want to see, and that, I am not familiar with doing.

I took a closer look at the adx, not much there...''data list view'' should show data ?. For the dash you will need to right click on the dash and pick what you wont from drop down list for each gauge, same for the monitor

this should be confirmed or data will not be correct

you can add dashboards and history tables from other ADX files using note pad ,there is a thread explaining how on this site..

Talk about a DUH! moment.

This weekend, I am going to take a look at the ecm and pull the prom and burn a back up of it.

I did find out that you can pull A LOT of data from the ecm, such as that you would see in TP to be displayed on the dash as the car is running, essentially emulating a live scanner.

Found that stuff out via the Buick Reatta forums.
