2003 Durango - turn off a code?

I have a 2003 Dodge Durango that keeps throwing a CEL for the EVAP system. I have tried and tried and even paid shops to try to fix it... but to no avail. Is there any way I can disable this specific code somehow? Thanks!!

I think it has a evap valve on the drivers side engine compartment, check the rubber hoses they may be leaking.
