UK Newbie with Trans Am

Hi guys

I have a 1985 Trans Am with the 5.0 TPI engine,

I have got a missfire on one cylinder and have ordered new dizzy cap, rotor and plugs, the other thing I have is codes 12,13,15 .

if anyone could help with any of these that would be great. the car stalled when i let it idle the other day and the fan is constantly on.

also found these two electrical connectors on the drivers side which are not connected to anything, it seems the AC has been removed, are these connector for that ??

Code 12 means ECM is in diagnostic mode and ECM thinks it is operational. Code 13 means the ECM is not seeing voltage swings from the Oxygen sensor. The oxygen sensor is bad, unplugged or or has a wiring problem. Code 15 is an open circuit on the coolant temperature sensor. The coolant temp sensor is bad or has wiring problem.
