My name is Chris, I live in Vancouver, WA. I got into EFI through Dave at Old School EFI who lives near me.
I am a Chevy guy, drive a 99 S10 ZR2 and have swapped a 5.7 vortec into it after doing the 0411 PCM swap with help from Dave 2 years ago. Just recently I did the 24x conversion on it and now run a custom LS tune. I also play guitar, listen to classic rock, browse forums for hours a day (politics, religion, current events, etc), do custom metal fab in my shop and have recently been doing harness conversions for local guys while trying to convince others that EFI is the only way to go.
At 20, I bought and restored a 68 Chevelle SS396 which I sold a few years back to buy my first house... was it worth it? Probably, but I miss the car.
